Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice is required for all cancelations. Cancelations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows will be charged 75% of the service price. Clients who have not arrived for their appointment within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no show.
